Refund policy
We uphold a strict 7-day return policy. You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of your item to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please note that all returns must be sent to the original branch where the item was initially purchased.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. Should you find any item to be defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us without delay. This will enable us to evaluate the issue promptly and take appropriate corrective action.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain categories of items are exempt from our return policy. These include, but are not limited to, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any queries or concerns regarding the return eligibility of a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient method to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may then proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please be advised that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
